MemoryCare needs more space to handle the growing demand for its nationally recognized clinical, caregiver and educational programs. Our studies show that a new 10,000 sq. ft. building is the most cost effective way to address our need for more space now and in the future.
MemoryCare now provides help for over 1000 patients and 3000 caregivers per year. The new building would permit us to double our ability to help patients and caregivers over the next ten years. It would also double our capacity to serve our community through growth of educational programs and our resource center.
The Proposed Plan
The proposed building is approximately 10,000 square feet.
It would have fully accessible clinical and educational space to expand MemoryCare operations.
The building will be completely owned by MemoryCare and constructed on land provided through an in-kind 50 year renewable land lease from Givens.
To support our mission in the community, Givens has also agreed to provide in-kind assistance for building-related operational costs for a minimum of 10 years.
Your donations are needed to help us furnish and equip our new building.
Ways of Giving
