Volunteering

Lebedeff Eldercare Resource Center Volunteer

Responsibility: Resource Center volunteers welcome patients, family members and community members as they enter the facility. They notify the appropriate person of their arrival. They serve as a guide to the Resource Center materials for caregivers and the general public. They assist in keeping Resource Center materials in order. They help with periodic mailing and material preparation tasks for educational events.


Administrative Volunteer

Responsibility: Assist MemoryCare staff with administrative tasks. Filing, addressing envelopes, copying, making phone calls, typing, etc.


Special Events Volunteers

Responsibility: Special events volunteers help with publicity, set up and registration for educational workshops and fundraising events on an as needed basis. Tasks may include special mailings (addressing, stuffing, stamping tasks).


Garden Volunteers

Responsibility: MemoryCare has a memorial garden on site that requires regular upkeep with weeding and periodic plantings.
