Fall 2020 Educational Series

MemoryCare’s Fall 2020 Educational Event dates are now available!

Starting on August 20th, MemoryCare will be providing a five-part educational series designed for caregivers to learn more about how to care for themselves and their loved one affected by dementia. These courses will be live-broadcast for online attendance only to ensure they are safely accessible during this time of isolation due to COVID-19. MemoryCare is grateful for the ability to offer these courses in a tele-education format as a result of funding from grants through The Duke Endowment, The Cannon Foundation and The Leverage Fund of the Dogwood Health Trust along with additional funds from private donors.

Courses are free and open to the public and will be presented as a live online broadcast from 2:00 – 3:30pm. Click the corresponding course(s) below for more information and to register. Please note if you wish to attend multiple courses, you will need to register for each one individually. You will be emailed instructions from Zoom on how to access each event after registration. Contact our office at 828-771-2219 or education@memorycare.org with any questions. You may also find a printable version of the event information here.
