Elizabeth Stavish, MBA, LNHA, CNAP, originally joined MemoryCare in 2017 as Development Officer before taking a professional detour to become a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. After spending a few years as Administrator of a skilled nursing facility, she felt the pull of MemoryCare’s important work and in 2022 rejoined the organization as Associate Director.  In September 2023, she was appointed Executive Director to work with Medical Director, Dr. Margaret Noel, in leading the organization.  Elizabeth received her BA in Cultural Anthropology from UNC-Asheville and her Master of Business Administration from Penn State University. She also has a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University and is a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional. Elizabeth is thrilled to work with the MemoryCare team and support the incredible services the organization provides.
