Victoria Baker

Care Manager, Asheville Clinic

Victoria Baker joined MemoryCare in November of 2025. She has an extensive background in Social Work and healthcare. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in psychology from Western Carolina University. During her time at Western, Victoria volunteered and did multiple internships at a non-profit in town that works with adults that have Autism. When she graduated in 2018, she worked at another local nonprofit in the area that served as a day program for adults with all types of disabilities. Since then, she has worked in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings. She has a passion for helping others and making people smile and laugh. Victoria enjoys spending her free time taking day trips, doing puzzles, listening to music, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen!
