Married for almost fifty years, Lucille Carlton and her husband Bob had a very good marriage, maintaining sexual intimacy through two chronic illnesses–he cared for her when she was debilitated for many years by a rare skin disease, and she cared for him through sixteen years of Parkinson’s Disease.
