Cloud Conrad is a dementia caregiver trainer and mentor. Her company, New Street Compass, helps dementia caregivers gain knowledge, skill and emotional support. Her mission is to help caregivers transform their sense of fear, frustration, and failure into curiosity, creative problem solving, and confidence. Conrad recently published The Dementia Field Guide, to help caregivers navigate their journey. She is a Certified Independent Caregiver Trainer (Teepa Snow, Positive Approach to Care®), Associate Certified Coach (International Coach Federation), Virtual Dementia Tour Certified Trainer & Facilitator (Second Wind Dreams®) and Community Educator and Support Group Facilitator for the Alzheimer’s Association.
